Digital delivery, no shipping
NOLUVIA provides an online display service. There are no physical goods, shipping charges, deliveries by post or in-person installations. Cards and named spaces are accessed through the website.
A free card becomes available when publication succeeds, subject to its chosen audience. For future paid services, activation will follow verified payment confirmation. The service period will begin at activation, not when checkout is opened.
Availability and display period
Paid purchasing is not currently open and this website accepts no payment. Planned card periods are 30 or 90 days; free cards last seven days. Planned space naming periods are 90 or 365 days. Each purchase will be one-time, without automatic renewal.
Once a card expires, its text and photo stop being accessible through the service. Deleting a card early does not automatically extend or restart a display period.
Cancellation and refund requests
You may leave the checkout before completing a future payment. If a payment is confirmed but the purchased service is not delivered, or the same purchase is charged twice, contact dongninghui@gmail.com with the order reference. We will investigate and, where the issue is confirmed, arrange delivery or an appropriate refund; a confirmed duplicate charge or undelivered service can be refunded in full.
Once the purchased display period begins, change-of-mind requests are reviewed according to the circumstances and applicable consumer law. Removing a card does not itself request or complete a refund. Statutory cancellation and refund rights remain unaffected.
How refunds are handled
When payments become available, approved refunds will normally return through the original payment method. A refund request or acknowledgement is not confirmation that a refund has completed. Processing time depends on the payment provider and your bank; we will provide the status or reference available to us.
We do not currently take live payments and no refund-processing integration is active. These service policies will be reviewed before paid purchasing opens.

Email dongninghui@gmail.com with the order reference, date and a short description. Never send your password, a verification code or full payment card details. If you disagree with a response, reply with the reason so the operator can review it again.
