Visiting this website
This information website has no registration form, checkout, advertising tracker or analytics script. Images and fonts are served with the site. Our hosting provider processes technical request information, such as your IP address, to deliver and protect the website.
If you email us, your email provider and our email provider handle that communication. We use the message and contact details you supply to respond to your request.
Using the application
The application currently has limited test access. Google sign-in provides an account identifier, name and verified email address for account access and permission checks. A blank card signature is not filled with your Google name.
The application stores cards, optional photos, audience permissions and operational records needed to provide the service. It uses a secure session cookie. Drafts are saved in that browser and separated by account; anyone able to access your browser or device may be able to access local data.
If paid purchasing is enabled in future, order references, amounts and payment status will be needed to fulfil purchases and handle support. This information website currently collects no payment details and accepts no payments.
Purpose, providers and disclosure
We use information to authenticate accounts, deliver cards to their chosen audience, keep the service secure and respond to support requests. Google provides sign-in and Cloudflare provides hosting, database and media storage for the application. Support currently uses Gmail.
These providers operate internationally, and service data may be processed outside your country. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information where required by law or necessary to protect the service and its users.
Public cards can be viewed by anyone. Restricted cards require permission through the application. No visibility setting can prevent an authorized viewer from saving or sharing a copy.
Retention and your choices
Expiry or card deletion stops access to the card and photo through the service. Stored files, security records and backups are not necessarily erased at that moment. During the limited test phase, permanent deletion is handled by the operator; automatic media deletion is not enabled.
You can contact dongninghui@gmail.com to request access, correction or deletion, or to raise a privacy concern. We may need to verify account ownership. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations, security or resolving disputes. Account deletion is not currently an automated feature.
Please avoid submitting sensitive personal information and use synthetic material in the limited test. This policy will be updated before broader availability or new payment processing begins.
